I'm having problems viewing recorded programmes on Filmon which has only recently started.
I can view live progs with only the occasional freeze but recorded programmes are now impossible to view.
The sound is garbled most of the time and it freezes frequently.
As I say this has only recently started to happen.
I assume the problem doesn't lie with Filmon or someone else would have shouted earlier.
So has anyone had an equipment failure that has caused similar problems in the past????
Any ideas would be welcome before I go to a dealer.

I'm having the same problems! Watching live programmes is ok until the six 'o' clock news comes on and then the picture continually freezes making it impossible to view. As for recorded programmes, it's like listening to people talking underwater, so I've given up. I've been in contact with Filmon, but their advisers are useless.

Hi - was having same problem - before you used to get a 'circle' to let you know something was happening but now nothing. I watch Filmon via Android TV box. Have contacted Filmon via their contact page and they have been helpful but as they are based in California you tend to have to wait for a response. So yesterday I uninstalled FilmOn and re-installed - at first it was the same - ie: eventually loading after an age but now seems to have settled down to normal. So you could try this although I am still awaiting yet another response from FilmOn! Good Luck
