Salih asked me to post this for him. He has closed his shop and will be reopening next month in Supreme Supermarkets new building. He thanks all his customers and hopes they will all come back to his new venue. His fathers shop in Alsancak is still open for business.

If you've ever wondered why the Americans call pork spare ribs, just pork ribs, try them from the pork shop, Alsancak. There's nothing "spare" about them.
