Does anyone know if there is still a party shop in/around Girne? Also where can I purchase some cake decorations for an 18th birthday cake?

There is a shop opposite the big Lemar in Karakum, they sell that kind of stuff.

Think you might find that the shop has moved.Heading towards roundabout from Karakum , turn left and its on the right, but most supermarkets do numbered candles and a few decorations.
