I agree kbasat. the problem seems to be the NTV system again. I am not with Multimax and my internet speed is around 5mb download and nearly 2 mb upload so more than enough to get the tv working. But for the past few days it has been freezing and going off altogether. It is a great system if they could only get it to work.

Just for reference, Multimax is an Internet Service Provider (ISP), if you believe you have an issue with your Internet connection, perform a speedtest at http://www.mmcyp.com and contact Multimax.

I think what you mean by 'picture' in this case is NTV, and you need to contact them for support, unless you believe the problems with NTV is caused by your Internet connection.

Had a reply from NTV advising that the appalling transmission was caused by a major internet problem affecting the whole of Turkey and the TRNC. but has now been fixed as of late yesterday.

@terry2366, we need to look into this, speeds do not just on its own fall down to 1mb figure, but there are a couple of scenarios why this might happen.

Are you doing very heavy downloads during peak hours, or have iptv streaming on for extensive hours?

If you are on 15mbit package, we have clearly stated on our initial announcement that 20mbit is the suitable package for streaming video. This may be your problem. http://www.kibkomnorthcyprusforum.com/v ... =8&t=12356

Email me at kbasat@multimaxcyprus.com and we will take a look.
