NTV Problem

Anyone having probs with NTV this evening?Wont load or do anything.Internet is good.

About an hour ago we had a large blue squares out quarter of the screen, but turned off and rebooted, ok now 8.20 pm

Ours still same 21-00.Will have to make contact to see if there is a problem.

just sent an email with no reply just told that we are connected to customer support!!!! - oh tv just came back on but with lots of freezing.

We are having the same problem, no NTV service since around 6.30pm. Tried the NTV so called Live Support Line, no help at all. Sent out email asking for HELP, lets wait and see if I get a reply. Who do we turn to now MM have passed the buck!!!

Why does it take so long to load the TV channels every night!!! Drives me nuts!!!

At 9pm I when I asked the NTV Live Support if there was a problem with the service I too had the same so called Technical/Customer Support guy online that introduced himself as Rahul Dev, and yes there came back in reply to my query :- Rahul Dev has left the conversation.

The good news it they have reduced the price! UK standard is 20 yoyos and premium is 30 yoyos.

I know this service issue is frustrating but I think you have to take it in context a bit. It is an internet based "under the radar" system and will always be subject to issues but just about every system here is. My mate has just lost his Sky TV as have many others.

In the UK 1 person I know had an arial fitted when it went wrong they took a week to come and fix it. Another had a Sky issue, took 4 days to fix after numerous phone calls to a call centre in Scotland!

I have not come across this Rahul Dev but have had conversations with someone called Todd and one called Kumar and they have been helpful.

The help line is a complete waste of time.when you do get lucky and connect with someone they invariably leave the conversation half way with very little help apart from suggesting re connecting power line and router. Anyone who has complained regularly wll have already attempted this.
Mine worked ok via laptop so assume problem with Mag box and software.

It cannot be a complete waste of time, I have used it about 4 times all without issue therefore such a broad, condemning and sweeping statement is in fact incorrect. Sorry!

Agree. I have had reason to ring the help desk in the past and they have always helped me out.

I wish they would fix the channels they have instead of adding more that you can't watch
