Caged Dogs Near Green Heights.

Just, to say the caged dogs (which I posted about on here a few weeks ago) belong to the owner of the Green Heights. So I very much doubt anything will change. The dogs will be fed & watered but never be free to a run outside their cages! So sad, poor animals.

We pass a dog in our village (Ozankoy) he is on a lead 24/7 365 days a year, never ever goes off the lead. In fact the house he is at is not occupied by the owners, they do throw biscuits down occasionally, the people who own these animals should be caged themselves, parasites the lot of them.
