The minister has shares in companies who will make swap-out packets so that smokers can ditch the newly dictated plain ones.... If they haven't got shares then they're missing an opportunity for a killing (sic).

I'm a non-smoker so I couldn't give a monkey's but really don't they realise they are just going to create a market for a new (well re-vitalised) type of smoking requisite... In my youth I remember nearly everyone used a cigarette case often finely tooled and often made of gilt silver... I reckon they are set for a return in popularity... Even the tobacco companies could sell empty ones for folk to decant their fags into... they surely can't make empty packets illegal - can they?
