Surely, by definition, aren't all guests welcome? Therefore, you can't have an unwelcome guest.

This is also the time of year that the dreaded Termites seem to appear and as we were told by the pest people this year they have seen an increase so if you see little black flies that look like flying ants then get them checked out before they do too much damage to your property. A good way to tell the difference between them and the flying ants is that termites seem to loose their wings as they come out of hiding.
