Question please for computer experts re word 2007

Have Word 2007 and whilst typing yesterday obviously pressed something untoward and now on every word document I have all these print commands etc. Word returns and paragraphs etc. I have tried to cancel this in the view menu, I have tried to cancel it in the template menu, all to no avail. I know it doesn't change anything but I hate all the stuff. Can anybody offer any suggestions as to what I have done and what I can do to get my old print preview view back again.
