Hi tonyr if I was in North Cyprus at the moment I would come and set it up for you, you have to download XBMC for android, you get that from the android play store that's the easy part, after you install XBMC you have to get the add ons and put them into your addon folder in XBMC, the add ons will give you, ( 1 Channel, al Jazeera, Expat TV, FilnOn, Football today, icefilms, Los Movies, Mash Up, Movies2k, Much Movies, ProjectTV, Sports Devil, TMZ, Vevo, World News, Navi X etc ) the list just goes on and on, I think you can have around 1000 channels, you would get the latest cinema Movies and latest TV shows, every news channel that you could think of, XBMC is the greatest entertainment system that you would ever want, To install the addons in XBMC download ( sshdroid ) to your android box, ( I have a macbook pro ) download Cyberduck to you mac, open Cyberduck and go to preferences and tick show hidden files, it gets a bit complicated now, this is where you have to google all the information on how to use Cyberduck on a Mac. If you have a PC running Windows 7 or 8 you can get Cyberduck for your PC, all you are doing with Cyberduck and sshdroid is opening up your android box, going into your ( sdcard finding your android folder, opening it up ), ( going into your data folder opening it up) , going into your ( org.xbmc.xbmc folder )then your files folder ,xbmc folder . addons folder, and with Cyberduck you copy all the addon files that you downloaded from the internet to xbmc addons, open XBMC and you will find that all the channels will be installed, its hard to explain, I was a novice as well, but I kept googling, XBMC has a forum which explains everything you need to know about installing and running XBMC, keep at it and you will get there, you can put XBMC on your PC or Mac very easy and all you do is use your HDMI cable hooked up to your TV and no need to use an android box, and a lot easier to set up, sorry for being long winded, hope you get it working.
Robert

Hi Philoz I have Minix Neo X7 quad core, with 3 usb ports, you can connect a wireless mouse to it as this is the best way to use it, or use the remote that came with it, comes fully installed with with XBMC, all you have to do is download the addons and using a usb thumbdrive put the addons into the right folder in your android box, just google on how to do this as it's not all that hard, but as I said before just install XMBC onto you PC or Mac and connect using your HDMI, I also have an Apple TV generation 2, jailbroken, which I use most of the time because as it's very convenient and easy to use to, I have XBMC on my ipad which is jailbroken I can mirror it through the Apple TV, or just watch movies etc from the ipad, the Minix Neo X7 I bought from a site called tinydeals in china I have been using them for quite a long time now, hope this helps a bit

Philoz just looking at the android box that Kavenkoy bought and that looks ok as the box has XBMC and most of the addons already installed so that will save a lot of mucking around,
