A recent top secret TRNC government study has provided striking results. Contrary to popular belief, TRNC government study has proved that people can live without facebook, youtube, kibkom, internet and international phone calls for approx 1.5 hours.

Government officials have stated their tests will continue but this time, they are also planning to cut off local phone calls, electricity and water supply...

It was noted that during this time there was still high speed internet available to the Multimax Website, all you need now is to start your own social media site. Maxbook, Multiface or even Twitface, I know several who I would suggest they sign up for that one!

I can live without lal those things, except when I am working, which is what I am doing tonight. Hence, the hair pulling.

Socially I can curl up and read a book and isolate, or even better go out and have a chat, but to me the internet is for use and when I want to use it and can't then I go pottyl.

But Iam sane again now. (for a short while, no doubt.)

kbasat don't be so glib, we are paying for this service. I understand that it may be out of the service provider's control but are the customers provided with days in lieu of no connectivity?

This should be a must. we have been off several times since we resubscribed in Feb, only to be told ;there was a problem with our transmitter. it is fixed now'

Will we be recompensed for these days? I don't think so.

Please don't send me a PM let's talk online

Mr Edi,
thank you for calling me a glib, I now know a new word.

Multimax always has been upfront and honest about problems and we have probably awarded more compensation than all of competition combined, even in situations that are not directly problems related to us (simplest example being extended power cuts).

Your presumptuous assumption of whether you would be compensated is simply wrong, there is no simpler word to describe it. However, as you have explained in here, your personal problems with your Internet connection needs to be assessed for your own connection in order to determine if it the situation warrants any compensation to your account. Have you asked for such assessment? If yes, may I please have your ticket number so I can investigate.

I am more than willing to discuss everything online, but that cannot be done without me knowing who you are. You are asking whether you will be receiving compensation for your problems and I need to know your full name in order to have an answer.

Thank you,

Kemal

So Kibasat, thank you for your verbose answer.

Do I take it that if a customer has a genuine complaint that they have been offline through no fault of their own that they will be compensated by extra days credited to their account?

Its as easy as 1-2-3

1. Go to http://www.mmcyp.com
2. Login to your customer account (if you dont have a login, you can register one right on the website, your internet account will associate automatically if we have your email on record, if it doesnt call 0548 888 6629)
3. Click on Support -> Compensation Request. Fill out the form, explain your case and it will be evaluated.

Another great service from Multimax.

I suppose this is the time you apologize for calling be a 'glib' and making silly remarks such as 'Will we be recompensed for these days? I don't think so.'

Thank you...

K.
