moving my multimax service
Hi, I hope someone can help me. I am moving home on wednesday and need to move my internet with me. Can anyone advise me as to who I have to contact to do this and if they know how long it could take. Thanks

Moving premises is free of charge for the first time
You need to call 0548 888 6629 (or alternatively 0548 870 0226 - kyrenia office, during business hours) and schedule the move. Earlier you call better chances you have to arrange it for the day you like.
We always try to uninstall your antenna, and install it on the new premises right away, but may not be possible if you are moving to the other side of the island.
Guys at the other end of the line will be able to help you our better with more specific details.
