Does anybody know anything about this campaign for a mass rubbish clean on the 5 th of June
i have seen vaurious tv reports but they were in turkish and i did not understand how its going to work.

Not sure what is happening other than this day is normally used to clean a couple of the beaches. School kids join with locals to clean up, but that depends on the local munjicipality. Lapta normally does and so does the authorities in chargeof Alagadi Beach where the turtles go, but I am not sure when this is actually done.
Does anyone else know of anything.
Of course there is nothing to stop anyone organizing a clean up of their street/ area/village etc. and maybe it would be a good idea to aks one's Muhtar!
