Just booked flights for 2nd July with Turkish Airlines. Paid £482 for the two of us which is a lot cheaper than last year!!

What's the time delay at Istanbul please. Out and then back ?

I use to use that service and was ok ,but then times never worked .

You book direct with them or with a search site

Did you book using their own website? Every time I look on there the flights to Manchester are over £300.

In answer to the other question: The time in Istanbul is about 1hr 30mins, coming back its only 1hr, bit tight but we normally make it.

Turkish air site. Been looking on their site for about a month now and its been £271 each, looked yesterday and it had gone down to £240 up until the end of June so left it and this morning it was £241 for first week in July.
Flight leaves Manchester at 16.05 arrives Istanbul 21.55 and then leaves Istanbul at 23.25 so 1and a half hours turnaround
Coming back landing in Istanbul at 11.15 and departing at 12.50 so 1 hour and 35 minutes turn around.

Them times I used to get ,it was the 5 am from Ercan that suited me lol.

I just googled Turkish airlines but make sure you get onto their own site. There is an earlier flight at that price. Think it's about 4am.

Why is it dearer to fly from Ercan to Manchester than from Manchester to Ercan?
Return from Ercan to Manchester is £268 but return From Manchester to Ercan is £241 on same dates

Higher landing taxes at Manchester I was told.

But you are still landing in Manchester once and Ercan once on a return journey.

I still don't find these kind of prices on Turkish Airlines own site? I looked for September Ercan to Manchester return, £320 each. I am travelling to Birmingham next January, just checked 354 Euros, shocking price so far in advance.

I was looking for about 2 months and ended up waiting to book because I didn't know the exact dates that I could get off from work. It usually goes up nearer the time but lucky for me it came down.

Yes you are right 1 hr is Very tight & 9 times out of 10 your Bags will not make the flight Lol.

Our bags have always made it, we do the trip at least 4 times a year. You watch this time they will go missing.
