Hi, I don't think that you can actually delete a post, but you can delete it's contents - just click on the 'edit' button within your post, and remove some or all of the text. You will need to put a row of full stops or something into the post, as you need to have a minimum number of 'characters' before the system will let you 'save' the changes.
