Has anyone recently done this please and what if any advice would you give, who can we use or who to stay away from? I believe it can be done by anyone, but would like to hand the job over to someone reliable....
Any tips gratefully received

Hi,
Have you got your final approval yet from the District Office? If not that is the next maze to go through and if you have got it, there are I am told some companies that do this job for you but likely to cost you £500 or there abouts.

My advice would be pop along to Citizens Advice in Karakum, just along from Erdener. Pembe has a legal background and will be able to at least point you in the right direction, or do it for you for a fraction of what the 'solicitors' will charge. Advice is free, but you can give a donation if you wish. Good luck.

Thanks to both for that advice -
Mrsgee - When you say the "Citizens Advice" I can't recall seeing anything near to Erdeners.... is it on the same side? Will defo call in there and speak to Pembe.
Thanks again

Compass, they used to be on the Bellapais Road, but moved a few weeks ago next door to Molly's Caff on the same side as Erdener just before Turkbank. We used them for advice on making a will, Pembe was great and saved us a lot of money and unnecessary use of Solicitors.
