Does anyone know if it is possible to get Lacto free milk in N.C.

Yes, you can get it. Koop do it - normal and unsweetened, which I find better. There is also a more expensive brand, can't remember the name now, but Koop is good. The normal is in a blue carton and the unsweetened is pink. It is Erdener and Tempo, but probably in the others too.
