Voucher from KAR for vet

I believe I need a voucher from KAR to get a stray bitch neutered.
I rarely get to Karakum and I wonder if there is anywhere near Alsancak that I can get this voucher from.

The voucher that you referring to is the "assisted neutering voucher" that KAR issue for the neutering of stray dogs (and cats). You can only get them from the KAR Office in Karakum and usually it is only Pet Cross who carry out the dog neutering as the other vets in the scheme are currently not able to fit the "ear tag" during the op. All dogs that are neutered with KAR help are "tagged" .
You don't have to go to the office yourself - maybe someone else can go and get the voucher for you (they will need to make a donation to the office of 100TL for a female).

If you have to take the dog(bitch) to Petcross you are so near to the office, you could get it before the op.

Hi TRNC Vaughan,
If you would like me to pick up the voucher and arrange a time and day that is convenient for you to attend Petcross let me know as I help out there Tues and Thurs with the Kar dogs.
Just in case you are not sure of me, you came my house in Ozankoy last year to give me some advice on my pool.
