Qualified successful personal trainer and NLP coach.
I have 9 years of experience in a wide range of nutritional and training strategies to ensure people look and feel their best.
I am based in Dubai however I will be travelling to Lapta an be willing to do some inexpensive casual sessions. I would only like to work with people who genuinely want results and will work to reach their goals correctly through mindset, nutrition and training.
