The one nearly opposite the DVD shop splits her time between an office in Girne and the Alsancak one. Usually its mornings in Girne and afternoons in Alsancak, but its not written on tablets of stone and the numbers on the front of the Alsancak door, don't always get you through to anyone, so it can be a bit hit and miss. At least thats my experience, others might have had an easier time than us.

Normally she is in the one opposite Hur Deniz each day after 4pm as she is a teacher at GAU.

My experience of the one opposite Hur Deniz is not good. I had to go 3 times before I finally found her there during the advertised opening hours. She charged me 40tl to photocopy and certify 2 documents.
These never arrived in the UK and I had to repeat the exercise. 3 more visits and I couldn't catch her in so I went into Girne where there are several in that area opposite the courts. The one I chose completed it in 3 minutes and charged me 10tl.
Guerss where I'll go next time.

We will always do what JBA did in future. The one in Alsancak is OK for translations. She charged us 60tl per A4 page English to Turkish and Turkish to English. I'm not sure if thats the going rate or not, but we were in a hurry and hadn't time to shop around.
