Turgay Market-avoid this shop

Hi.
We were driving into Girne when we saw a red electronic sign outside this supermarket (near Lemar Karakum) advertising Jack Daniels at a very cheap price. We decided to call in and check it out on the way back to Esentepe.
Not being able to park outside we pulled up on the opposite side of the road and my husband went across to check it out. There were three fairly youngish Turkish men there and one greeted my husband like a long lost friend-hugging him and slapping him on the back and laughing.
He told my husband that the sign with the price was 'stuck' and they couldn't fix it-so the JD was much more expensive than advertised. When my husband went to walk back to the car the young man put his arms around his shoulders and started laughing-he then came out with the most terrible obscene remarks about me and asked my husband the most disgusting questions.
Given that these were youngish men (20's 30's) and my husband is late 60's and in very poor health there was nothing he could do. He was so upset and disgusted about what this man said he could hardly bear to repeat it to me (and we're certainly not naive or prudish).
I would have liked to report him but what use would that be?
I would urge you to give this place a very wide berth.
