Just go in shop taking your box & lead with you & tell them you no longer want it. No penalties & girls don't really seem that bothered about you cancelling it ! Don't forget to cancel you D/D

Not quite so. I decided to leave Digiturk after I was charged differing ammounts over a period of about 6 months. This month it was 62 Lira, next month was 59, month later was 64. When I went in to ask what the correct price was I was told it was 58Tl. Their web site quoted 49 Tl for my package. They offered to cut the price down to 53Tl if I took out a 12 month contract with them. I asked why quote 49 Tl and charge 53 Tl. That helps to pay for our office was the reply. When asked why I had been charged 64 and 62 and 59 Tl they found this question hard to understand. The reason I was being charged these differing ammounts is because I was a month by month customer. They would reduce my bill to 53Tl by signing a 12 month contract. I refused and told them that I would return their box etc the following day. When I returned the box I was advised that I must give a months notice and pay them 73 Tl for the month. I asked why only to be told that this is in their contract. I told them that I did not have a contract but they insisted that if I wanted to cancel then this notice period was required. They then said that I would be charged for a month notice even if I returned their box. I asked how they intended to collect this and was advised that my details were on their contract. But I do not have a contract I said. I saw their eyes glaze over at this point and I left telling them to send me an account with a copy of my contract. 3 days later I received a text advising me that I was late in paying and my account was 68 Tl for the month. I sent a text back to be told this was the price on my contract. Nothing since.
