We have a Carob Tree on our site. At the moment the Carobs are all green and look as if they are seeping a bubbly liquid. And it is making a real mess on the walk ways. Does any one know if there are problems with the tree.

No, this is usual its the pods drying out before they go dark brown, they then make Pekmez syrup with it which is delicious stirred into your porridge! Yummy!!!!!
