Can anyone tell me if tourists can still get a separate piece of paper stamped (instead of their Passport) on entering the TRNC.. Are they still available at Ercan airport, or do you have to ask for them, and if so what are they called?
Does the same apply for crossing the Border?

It really is no big deal .. We have friends that have all the different stamps in their passports ..
On occasions they have flown into Ercan & out from Larnaca & vice versa ..
Out of habit we use the white papers when crossing the border ..

When my daughter visits she comes to Larnaca. On entering the TRNC she fills in a visa form which gives her 90 days as a visitor. They have never stamped her passport.
When crossing from here to the south you show your passport on this side and fill in a visa form with name, passport number and nationality, again, no stamp in passport.

Remember, no matter where you go, there you are.

Thank you very much to those who replied. Seems it is quite simple - hopefully!
