Good vet !

I'm posting this on behalf of my friend who's dog sadly died today, we took him to Kibris Veteriner Klinigi ( next door to chicken run, Alsancak ) Dr. Huriye Horoz Kaya. ( phone no. 0392 8211143 / 0533 8399777 ) who kindly opened up her surgery especially for for her. She did everything she could, but Messi had been bitten by a sand fly or mosquito, and contracted leishmania, which is fatal to animals. he was taken to another vets a few days earlier who couldn't get near him, so a diagnosis couldn't be made, but Dr. Huriye was brilliant with him, confident and reassuring, I, for one will use her in the future if I'm in need of a vet !! Thank you Dr. Huriye

Totally agree, she is brilliant and I use her all the time now since moving to Alsancak. Both her and her husband are lovely and he is a notaire same office. He's upstairs and hurriye is downstairs.

Another amazing and caring vet is the gentleman from Petline in Chatalkoy.

thornaby - his name is niyazi, and both him and his assistant are amazing people. truly caring!
another good vet is Funda at All Pets in girne city centre.
i have used both and feel very happy with their services and how much they care about animals. it is refreshing to see here!

I recommend Niazi at Petline too. Wonderful, caring man who was so patient with the terrified stray we took to him for neutering. Very reasonable price too.

I don't doubt that Dr H.H. Kaya is an excellent vet. Most all the vets here seem to have good reputations & come highly recommended
Alsancak bit of a trek for those of us on the east side.
Niazi at Petline in Chatalkoy. Top Man !!!

I use Pertev and am more than happy in the caring and efficient way he treats my dogs.

I use Petcross and both my dogs love all the vets there. Firdez and Sibel have both save my dog's life TWICE!!
