These are available in Alfa Maga in the South, you just soak them in water first.
There is also Tia spring roll rappers in the freezer cabinet, I find these the best, they are very thin and when fried are crispy.
Have not seen ether of these products in the north.

You will find the rice papers on the shelf with the Noodles, the Tai rappers are in the freezer cabinet.
They are in a square packet which is a reddish colour about 500cm square, there are 20 sheets to a packet.
When using the rice paper rappers you will need to put them in water for about one minute, it is best to use two for each spring roll.
Just in case you are wondering, I used to have a restaurant and have made hundreds of these of both sorts, the rice paper ones are good to serve to a celiak hope this is the right spelling, who must avoid wheat flour.

Karmels, got to ask then - How many Centimeters in 1 meter please?

Maybe this would help if you are not quite sure - http://www.asknumbers.com/MetersToCenti ... rsion.aspx - Now, even after my one small brandy a day and having been educated in Imperial and not Metric, I found it fairly simple to convert 500 cm into 5 meters!

Only asked in fun anyway.

Seem like I have made a right Bo----ks of this one.
I should have said about a foot square, as yes I too was brought up on Imperial and do get confused.
Maybe I should have said 300 ??????
Any way It has given every one a laugh, for those who remember Villa Owners web site, I was always being pulled up for my grammar.
Which for those who know me know you get what you see, but at the end of the day we all live in the sun.
Have a lovely hot summer every one, this will be our first summer in our new location in 5 years as we have always been in Turkey for 4 months.
Mel.

Relax karmels and don't worry. Just be yourself and you will be fine. Bugger the grammar, as I tell my American Wife!
