film on on tablet

Filmon on my tablet is not working, OK on laptop.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it with no luck???
Help!
On a different note have had problems with the internet using Multimax.
Everyday we had lost or very poor download speeds.
The engineer came this morning and realigned me to the Cratos.
Seems to have improved it.
The engineer who came was as all the mutimax staff, fantastic.
Polite, helpful and very friendly.
But, the phone line to multimax is dreadful.
Awful music playing over instruction on which button to press.
Spent that long hanging on I have on several times given up.
I have been told the phone line service is due to be improved.
Can't come to soon!
But again, if good staff will make a business successful, Multimax are doing it right.
