Read this yesterday, don't know if it is of any use to anyone, but apparently people have til the end of the month to file a claim at the High Court.

This is good news for some of the purchasers and bad news for any crooked UK developer.

They think they are un-reachable but they aren't and another way to get to these crooks is through the UK tax office as most of them haven't declared the income from their crooked dealings over here.

I hope the purchasers get some of their money back if not all.

Small amount of good news for his victims.
Hundreds of people loosing £100000 plus.
One and a half million won't go far.
Justice will only be served when all this stolen money is recovered.

Can only Amaranta victims claim or can all AGA victims?

I see no reason why a victim from any AGA site should not join the action. Be warned though, time is short and you need to do some quick research to see if you qualify........Or............Why not have a punt and put a claim in anyway, what's to lose??

Google is your friend!!
