Window cleaner needed.

Can anyone recommend a window cleaner for the KAR office and Gladrags shop in Karakum (upstairs and down). They have been waiting for ages for one to come and do the job but have been let down and the windows are more dull than a winters day. They need to let the "shine" in "sunshine" IN.
