I have figured out how to upload a picture of Archie, sorry I was unable to do this with the original message. Once again appreciate any assistance in finding my lovely cat. Thank you.

Cats often find their own way home, especially since you have had Archie since he was a kitten. I do hope you get him back.

We really hope you find Archie soon he must be terrified without his mummy.
Have a look round the area with a torch as he might be hiding but the torch lights up their eyes.
Can you leave your car where he went missing with the window open, cats recognise cars & he might get in it.
Good luck.

Thank you all for your kind concern, I went back again to the area he went missing this morning but no luck I think he has wondered off. I am putting posters up around the shops today so may be someone will recognise him. He is used to being around people so this will be a very hard experience for him.

If any one does see him please call 0533 879 8488

Thank you.

He escaped from his cat box at Pet Line Vets in Catalkoy, he ran across the road to the waste land next to Hawaiian Restaurant and hid in the bushes. The vet and myself tried for a long time to get him but he just kept running away. He eventually went quiet in some very large bushes but did not come out or respond to me when I was calling him. It was impossible for us to search them as they were thick and dense.

I went back in the evening and early this morning but still no response or sign of him. I am concerned that he has now wondered off and got even more lost. He is a domesticated cat so this will be very stressful for him, he has been brought up in Arapkoy so that is a very long way for him to try and get home.

If he has not been found by then try again tonight with a torch in the bush where you last saw him, take some strong smelling food he will be very hungry by then.
Hope you soon find him.

Something like sardines if he likes fish. Please don't despair as cats are very resilient. My cat in UK escaped her basket in a strange town and was missing for weeks. I found her just in the next road, they do not all try to get home but look for resourses where they are. Good luck

I agree, put down some food. He will probably be starving by now, and will most likely go for it.

That worked when my cat got lost.

Good luck!

If anyone thinks they have seen him, he may also still have a blue collar on him.
Good luck with the posters - keep positive, he is beautiful and with unusual colouring so hopfully he will be spotted soon.

Thank you everyone, he had his blue collar on when he escaped and it is secure around his neck so I think he will still be wearing it . . .
