Ok great - can you give us some pricing for a 9BTU, 18BTU.

It's good to know someone knows about Daikin, probably the best a/c equipment in the world.

Do you know which type?

Inverter or non-inverter?

Where will the units be fitted?
Can we do a free survey to price the job?

I am based in Malatya, near Alsancak.

best regards

Vaughan

Thanks for response.

If you let us have your number my husband will call you Monday and we can arrange for you to take a look

Probably a bit of both invertor and non inverter.

Many thanks

Louise

Quick question for now do Daikin do at 24BTU with invertor and sleep mode?

I am sure they do an equivalent, as Daikin rates its kit in kW, not Btu. 24,000Btu equates to about 7kW.
They will be inverter driven and remote controllers will also have "sleep mode".

Our air con units are 9 years old and never been serviced. They seem ok but do they need servicing at regular intervals? Are they like car air con that needs the gas topping up or are they basically fridges that either work or they don't?

If a unit has a very, very slight leak, it may take some time for this to become apparent as performance will drop very, very slowly. Gas charges should be measured and topped-up where necessary.
