We have recently had two family birthdays. Everyone and his dog in the UK was given our Post Code number and I can say hand on heart every card and package posted in UK (and Australia) has reached us safe and sound. We have a PO Box number as well.

We sent a birthday card for our grandson's birthday 17 days in advance but it never arrived. Have to say that this is the first time that anything going from TRNC to UK has not arrived.

I am still picking up mail in my Ozankoy box once a week! that has been stamped in Lefkosa 13/16 days earlier. I have tried ringing the number published in Cyprus today 2 weeks ago. Was answered by a lady who spoke a little English, she asked for my post code. I could hear her discussing with colleagues in the office, then the line went dead. I redialled and guess what NO ANSWER ,now there's a surprise!!I am still waiting for mail posted on 1st April in the UK correctly addressed.
