Yes, done it twice now without any problems. The website is available in English as well and Turkish and pretty straight forward. I also checked in online. The only glitch was that the boarding passes I printed off had to be exchanged for "official" boarding passes at the check in desk so that was maybe a bit of a waste of paper, ink and time.

Yes.
Normally to save money we fly into Istanbul with
Pegasus, because (a) it's normally cheaper and (b) normally we have things to do on the Asian side ... and the airport used by Pegasus (ie. Sabiha Gökçen) is on the Asian side. However, last month I had things to do on the European side, so I flew
Atlas into Atatürk.
Are you having problems booking or something?

No but have heard people in the past have gone through all the details and tried to book it with a card and nothing seems to happen just wondering if the problem has been solved. Thanks for the info you gave me by the way interesting.

I think tansycat your problem may be you are attempting to pay by debit card and Atlasjet only take credit cards and this is not made clear on their web site.
