Do Ural airlines fly to/from ECN?

No, Ural Airlines does not fly to Ercan Airport.

Thanks for that.l Just taken a look. It seems not quite finished but does contain some good info. But, but but when is it going to be handicapped user friendly. And when is it going to be possible to leave the car park, pick up a handicapped person before leaving the airport. Currently it is murder!

O.K. You only draw attention to the web site, but to whom can we write in English to have our problems addressed. Lots of good things there (such as Gloria Jeans coffee bar!) but some really important issues need to be addressed. So, please tellus all to whom we can speak./ e mail etc.

Don't do anonymous on delicate subjects. I want a name - a person, not a number. And I want to know I will be understood. My fialing I don't speak Turkish, but there are good English speakers around, so I needone of them, especially with telephone covnersations.

Regarding the website looking not complete, could you be more specific? We're actively improving the website, so if you think there's missing information or if you'd like to see new sections, please let us know.

Regarding the airport issues, at FlyErcan.com, we actually do not administer Ercan Airport. We only manage the website and try to provide useful information to people. There is an Ercan Airport number (+90 392 600 5000) with English option that you can call to speak to someone.

One bit of information on Ercan Airport for you. A cup of Turkish coffee costs 5TL!

Thanks. I went to order 3 Nescafes and was told it was 30tl. So I un-ordered them! I am a coffee addict, but not THAT addicted. But then airports world wide can be pricey.

Thanks for the info. I do understand about your not being THE airport. Will let you know what I thought wa sincomplete. Not so much a criticism as what I thought was a statement of fact. Will take a look later and make some notes.

I do appreciate you have a bit of a difficult jobl, as web pages such as that for the airport need such a lot of information to keep everyone happy.

Well done in getting this website up and running - a great idea!
I think it would be helpful to consider adding sections for FAQ's, Comments/and or BLOG.
It's also really helpful to know more of what the facilities are within the airport and in particular what is available for people with a disability including any services in place to help them.

Re the VIP lounge. We like many on here hold a Gold Miles and Smiles card. When we last visited Ercan about 6 weeks ago we were told they do not allow Miles and Smiles card holders in there? Strange we can use it in Manchester, Istanbul or Larnaca. Of course we are talking North Cyprus here which has to be different!
