Lapta Waterpark

We decided to take the kids to the Lapta waterpark on Monday, we arrived just after 10 and paid the 100TL to go in and was told that the slides would open at 11. That was fine because it gave us time to get settled and the kids could go in the pool.
The place started filling up fast and at 11 the slides were turned on however 2 of the slides were not working including the red enclosed slide. There was not a single lifeguard or anyone at the bottom of the slides to make sure that people got out of the way before the next lot came down.
Just before 12.30 the slides were switched off and the 2 boys and i mean boys that were up the top of the slides came down and walked away. The elder kids in the pool started to walk up the slides and it was not long before the younger ones started to copy them with some kids even climbing inside the enclosed red slide and walking up towards the top.
There was not 1 adult working there that day.
I went and asked the lady on the door why the slides were not working and she said the boys had gone for luch and they would be switched back on in half an hour. I told her how worried i was about the kids walking up the slides but i just got the cyprus shrug of the shoulders so i asked to speak to the manager. She told me he was not there and gave me his number.
I called and told him what was going on but to be honest he did not seem that interested and just told me to speak to the barman. When i spoke to him i asked why the other 2 slides wre not working and was told that the blue slides pump had broken and they were waiting for delivery of the rubber rings for the red slide. When i said about the kids climbing and that it was an accident waiting to happen he just said he would speak to the boss.
I have been to this park every year since it opened and i have to say that the standards have dropped so bad this year. There was no control over the slides that were working, no lifeguards, the floors were filthy and the pool water did not look that clear either.
If you intend to visit make sure you are prepared to lifeguard your own kids because they wont.
