Went today. Superhomestore store didn't have any, they have had them previously. It was suggested that a pet shop might have them.
Has your friend looked in pet shops here?
If not next time I go south I will see if I can see a pet shop and enquire. x

Re: Magnetic cat flap
No disrespect to anyone, but do you think it is wise to put a collar on a cat? I did about 14 years ago, the collar was partly elasticated so. in theory, if he got caught it would stretch and he could get free.
He must have got caught somewhere by the collar and twisted so that the elasticated part didn't stretch but embedded into his skin.
He was long haired and despite regular brushing/petting, we failed to notice until a severe infection had set in and he became ill, fortunately he survived but I have never again put a collar on a cat.

My cat has a quick release collar so it just falls off if stretched. I have had cats for 40 years and it has never happened to mine. I am sorry about your cat though.

Deniz 1. Good to hear about the quick release collar, things have obviously improved over the last 14 years.
Don't feel sad for Zebide, he soon got over it and lived a long and happy life. xx

My friend asked in the pet shop and was quoted 300tl! Maybe I can get some one to bring over from the UK.They are about £20 there. The reason I put a collar on my girl is there are a lot of strays where I live and they are not treated kindly so with a collar she is known to belong to someone hopefully.
