Is Turk Bank open today?

Hi Folks
does anyone know if Turk Bank is open today or is it still a holiday? Can't seem to get anywhere with the online banking which is always unavailable when there are holidays.

All banks/government offices closed until Thursday

and closed again on Friday - Thursday is only working day this week for banks/government and therefore all will be very busy - get there early if you don't want to queue for hours.

I'm not there this week hence the internet banking but hey ho it only works during their office hours for bill payments so I must remember to try on Thursday.

How much do you bet that a lot of people will suddenly have convenient minor ailments on Thursday and so make it a full week holiday?
