Help. Just lost BBC Entertainment. It was acting all funny peculiar and breaking up. Just re-installed and BBC Entertainment which was number 115 has disappeared. Just as I wanted to watch Little Dorrit and of course Eastenders tomorrow. Anyone any ideas why this has disappeared or it is perhaps my dish/card.

Congratulations on speaking |Marionish! No new keyboard! No new flingers! Just a bit of luck, really. I used to be a super brilliant, super fast typist who never made mistakes - couldn't afford to, but somehow recently I have acquired dyslexic fingers.
However, I do feel you are exaggerating just a T A D ! But if I have mad you happy, then fine. However, you have not answered my question, so ev en though you understood all my Maironish, you have not relieved me of my misery of my loss.
Strange thing is that according to Digiturk web page, 115 and BBC Entertainment is still there. But not for me!

Thank you madamx. Will take a look. As to stiff drink-p the only ones I take are thick coffee where the spoon can stand up on its own!
As to dyslexic fingers, don't think there is a medic that can cure I have to re-condition my brain - or get that new keyboard Strangely enough with my new laptop (not this!) the keyboard is perfect. Maybe my fingers have got fatter and broader since I started typing a few years ago at the age of 13. (NO RUDE COMMENTS ON THAT PLEASE.)

Do you have spellcheck turned on? It underlines mistakes in red.

Marions I do sympathise.
Last week we began losing channels one by one. After several phone calls and attempts at retuning as advised we lost the whole lot.
Bayram so no telly for three days
We had the technician call on Friday, went up on the roof said something about a cable pressed a few buttons and Hey Presto.
It cost 70tl but worth it
I do so envy people who can click around on computers and other devices and make things happen.
I've just spent the best part of a day trying to get my printer to communicate with my lap top even now
I don't feel confident that I've done it correctly.

Hi Marion, never watch it, but just tried it now. At first it said loss of signal, left it and eventually a fragmented programme appeared. It is definitely them!!

Thanks. I am happy to pay a technician, but not if I can solve it myself. I have before, but never had this problem of two channels disappearing for no reason.

Mine has been bad over the weekend, and I gave it one more try this morning before calling Digiturk, and it's fine. The menu is still wrong, but that's a minor matter, as I know what time Eastenders is on and Doctors.

We had dreadful pixilation and severe crackling (no puns please) and the menu completely up the spout but seems to have solved itself this morning. I do know that strong winds can completely change everything. The dish only needs to be a nano of a smidgin out of sinc and all goes to pot. How about that for impressive technical terminology?

Getting technical on me, Sophie. Wasting your time! But thanks. I will check now and re-install again and if that doesn't work, then I will have to get the man up, but that means being here!
But thanks to you all as I realize it isnot just me, and as Owl Lady says, it is THEM!
