Have some friends over on holiday and they would like to know if there is a moon party Karpaz way as they missed it last year but will still be here for this one. there is one at the Cabin in Lapta this Sunday but they rather fancied the idea of staying over in the Karpaz. does anyone know if there is one and where exactly?

Does anybody know what a moon party is?

it's for the full moon and apparently there is one every year. this side there is one at the Cabin in Lapta this Sunday and there was one last year at the kapaz but my friends missed it and were hoping to go and stay over but can't find out where it is being held. i just thought some members living that side of the Island may have seen advertising and could let me know.

He said he's not heard of it. Must be nearer Famagusta or one of the big hotels or the 'Lion Gardens' ?

Oh lets be reasonable - the link dodger gave was as far as I can see related to Thailand.
Perhaps there is something really special going on in the Karpaz area. Certainly anytime I have visited the evening skies are to die for with such clarity and sparkle - without any additives I may add.
Somebody surely has some info on this ?

thanks again dippersgirl i have passed the info on. i doubt if it's anymore than a party with entertainment and they have kids so would not be thinking to go anywhere dodgy just to go and enjoy the Karpaz and have a stay over.
