Missing dogs again

For those people who are not interested and think these problems are someone else nuisance. Please read no further. However I am writing on behalf of two families who are concerned and upset. The two instances are within a quarter of a mile of each other.
A small street dog - Alsantian cross with clipped ears and tail which has been fed and watered regularly for over three weeks by two families in Hayal Sokak, Karsiyaka has suddenly disappeared. One family was almost certainly going to give it a "forever home"
LESS THAN A QUARTER OF A MILE away in Andiz Sokak, Lafta, two recently tagged dogs have suddenly vanished. They were picked up from near the Dolmaci Farm, spayed and neutered and returned to roughly the same area but not the farm. Locals were prepared to take them on and were feeding and watering them. They were returned to the area on 7th/8th August and vanished 9th/10th August. Mature pointer dogs - male black and tan, female toffee brown, both with red tags.
If anyone reading this could shed any light on the subject, particularly if they have any connection with Lapta Belediye please contact the KAR office. Thank you.
