Anyone sorted their Turkcell roaming charges yet?

It seems that anyone who had used their mobile abroad received astronomical roaming charges in their last bill going back to January. I was charged for hundreds of texts that I had definitely not sent. Despite visiting one of their offices & phoning them about 5 times they have not yet been back to me with a satisfactory explanation merely that they had passed my query on to 'Technical dept' who would contact me in a couple of days which has not happened. When I asked to speak to a manager this morning to complain about their service the girl just put me on hold & did not come back.
I received conflicting information that I could pay part of the bill so I would not get cut off, whereas someone else said that only full payment would prevent this.
Has anyone had any success resolving this issue please?
