UN apparently vacating Ledra Palace

According to the Greek Cypriot news web site Alithia ANT1 (well, more precisely, according to Kıbrısgençtv reporting on what they read on the said GC website) the UN are leaving Ledra Palace ... and moving to a building behind the (GC) Nicosia Law Courts.
Apparently the UN have asked for bids from companies to move their furniture etc to this other building. The UN wil apparently give their decision as to which bid has been accepted, on August 29th.
It also writes that the Greek Orthodox Church, which owns the former hotel, and to date has received rent from the UN, apparently said they hadn't been informed of any such intention by the UN to leave the building.
Yes, I am very aware that "apparently" has been used excessively in this post ...
