Catalkoy road up past the Fez - Female Rottweiler and Friend

Female Rottweiller, with a very distinguishing spiked metal collar is with a dark, long, shaggy coated male dog, of Heinz 57 variety. They look like Lady and the tramp.
Past the Fez, up the hill to the junction, turn right and they are sheltering from the sun in a villa gateway 1st villa roadside on the left. We passed thinking at first they were black bin bags, then wasn't sure so turned round and went back.
Both friendly dogs, we have given food and water and have informed KAR.
Is anyone missing a Female Rottweiller?
They both had ticks on them and could have been out there for a while.
We will go back and check later but thought it was worth a shot! posting on here.

These two dogs have homes, as stated on homes4cyprus pets.

Yes we have found the so called owners!
We took 15 ticks off Mr. Shaggy Dog and his coat was so thick with dirt and what ever else , it was bad! Mrs. Rottie we got at least 10 off her but then she got a bit nervy, so we backed off. The conditions of these two, we honestly thought they must have been fending for themselves for quite a time.
Some people do not deserve the love of an animal. We have let KAR know the situation but we will be keeping an eye out for them.
Wonder if they have been micro chipped and registered? What do you think ?

Of course they have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!don't all responsible dog owners let their dog get covered in ticks and wander the streets?

The spiked collar is a dead giveaway of the responsible mentality of the "owner".

Came back that way from town this morning. The tramp - Mr. Shaggy Dog is still there looking as if he has been there all night. Would love to be able to give him a lovely shower and haircut, poor thing. Also would love to go and knock on the door of the ''owners'' !!! Catalkoy Beledi are checking on dogs in the village if they are out roaming, I can see this one being picked up unless of course the owner is a friend or member of someone family !!! which is more than likely. BBB's upset other half.
