Passport Renewal

Applied online for renewal of passport 30th July. My printer then died & refused to print off the declaration form.
I had to phone the p/port office to explain what had happened. They sent me a declaration form by email.
Gathered together the relevant bits & bobs and sent them off possibly a week after the actual application was made.
Then I got a letter from the p/port office to inform me that the photographs were unsuitable & to send replacements. These were posted on the 19,Aug.
I began to despair whether I would ever see my p/port again.
Despite these two blips, today my new passport arrived.
Have to say that all personnel that I spoke to at the p/port offices were very tolerant and helpful. whilst I was having a major panic.
