Best interest rates on savings please

I think it depends on how much you have in the account.

Really impossible to say. As Thornaby says, it depends on how much you want to deposit and also the length of the time deposit period. Ring round them up and ask.

I have been cold called by Capital bank twice in the last week offering me 12.5% monthly but I am concerned about the stability of the bank, we get 9% with Asbank but feel more secure.

The Central Bank guarantee covers up to the first 20,000 Euros of each account, so if you split your accounts accordingly then there should be no problem.
Might be worth testing the water with one account.....maybe another account in Sterling, where 5% and above (depending on amount) can be obtained.
Go on, be an interest rate tart!!
