Pegasus on-line check in

Hi All,
Having problems with on-line check in from Stansted. Flight tomorrow, spoken to London office who have sent emails, all I receive my end is my receipt. Error message says I have no flight in 72hrs.
I also try entering my reservation code in Pegasus plus with password, again I have Error message. Yesterday I paid for my seat selection and have that confirmed and Pegasus London office agree this.
I have now emailed Pegasus Headquarters for advice.
Last time I did print our passes - the new gates at Stansted would not let us through and we had to walk all the way back to check-in desk for someone to write a code on our passes to give to the lady at the gate.
The whole thing took around 40 minutes to sort out. This time I want to make sure we have no problems.
Any advice anyone!
