Does anyone know of any opticians in Girne or surrounding area, please not Cyprus Eye Clinic, I have lost my faith and patience with them, any recomendations greatly appreciated, thank you.

My gf just had her eyes tested at the State Hospital in Girne.
Very nice lady doctor, speaks perfect English.
Appointment was made within 2 or 3 days and we only waited 30 mins to be seen.
Prescription written out, job done.
Charge - zero, nothing, free.

Thank you TRNCVaughan, free and only half an hour wait, that is excellent, is your gf british or turkish, you wait for 1 1/2 hours for your pre booked appointment at eye clinic if you are lucky and then pay 120 TL for the privilage, thank god there is now another optician here, and foc!

My gf is Philippina. Very short queue in waiting area. Ring first before you go.
