Check with your insurance provider those of you that are driving on UK licence are covered in the event of a claim ?
Police station informed me that it is illegal and you would be fined ???
This does not apply to car hire.

Some will say YES, some will say NO, bit like Scotland. Get it in print, in both English and Turkish. Before you go to court!
