Bright light falling from the sky on the West side

Did anyone else see a bright light fall out the sky , it was like a Plane coming down , there was lightning over that way but this seemed to be the East side if the lightning , it took about 3 or 4 seconds , I'd not been drinking & the Missus see it as well !!!

I read something today about part of a Russian satellite burning up as it re-entered Earth's atmosphere. It's probably that.
