Problems with app

just had an upgrade on my iPad, now I can't load the app, tap it and it thinks about loading, then goes back to the main screen. I managed to access using Google, does anyone else have this problem. It was ok earlier this evening

It's most likely because you do not have 5mb of space left .

Just checked and I have more than 5 mb free. At least I can still access using Google. All my other apps seem to be working ok, so not sure what's going on

If it is the Kibkom KibApp that you are trying to download, then could be because it is 23MB and you do not have enough space.

Not trying to download, just open. It starts as if it will open, goes to the first page and then goes back to my page with all the apps

Delete the app on your phone/pad then go to settings and clear cache (history) - if iPhone then under settings/safari.
Then download again from app store.

There is an Old version of KibApp on Apple which they had removed but has reappeared, called KIBAPP.
The one you need to download is the KibApp North Cyprus Guide, try this link: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/kibapp- ... 03462?mt=8
Hope this was the issue and you can download.

The only other thing I can think of is when you deleted the app from your iPad, you may have still had the app open in the background. Try clicking black button on your iPad twice (fast), then if you see the app in images displayed, use your finger to push it up and off the page. Then try clearing your cache again as per below:

Then download again from app store.

No still no luck. I also tried loading on a different ipad. Had an even worse message on that.
Failed to load application data. You must connect to WiFi or cellular data network to access data.

It was connected to a wifi network and all other apps and email was working

I'll stick to google, at least that's working

Having the same problem. One thing I have noticed is that many of my existing apps are being updated to be compatible IS8. May be the app needs an update? just a thought.

Just identified problem, the app is not compatible with the new iOS 8 Apple had released. This is now being dealt with and app should be upgraded soon. I will let you know when upgrade has completed.

Thanks Soner. Coming to Cyprus on Saturday so hope I can download while I'm there So I can keep in touch with everything.

I have just tried to post a reply from my ipad and got a SQL error, so either it's the app or my ipad if I can post from my laptop.

Im having a similar problem but in my case it downs loads to both iPad & iPhone both with ISO 8.0.2
but when i try to open the app, he screen comes up with a frog holding 4 coloured balloons, goes onto the essential travel app
welcome to Kibapp then closes down of it's own accord, i have tried restoring it several times but to no avail
Any advice would be helpful

Oh just a thought having read 1 solution i have enough space my iPhone 5 is a 6GB my iPad is a 128GB, so no conflict there as both more than adequate space available

That's exactly what is happening to me. So hopefully when Soner sorts the app it will work again
